Reported that Laylin Park Phase II pathway and sidewalk are completed, pavilion bids and sign design are in progress, Hayhoe Riverwalk Trail grant was submitted and bid documents are being prepared, several park plan/design projects are in progress with drafts anticipated to Council in May, and Rayner Park Phase 1 Construction is awaiting DNR grant funding with anticipated 4th quarter notification.
